Our Office
We moved to our new office in August 2022
A beautiful and modern office building at 52 Mitchell Drive, Port Shepstone is the new home of Ravi Lautan & Associates.
We are excited to that our team has moved new premises in Port Shepstone. We spent the months getting a new building ready that was about a few meters away from our new location. Our old office served us well, and we made great memories there. But we couldn’t be more excited about our new space.
According to Ravi, if the company had to have its own premises, ‘it had to be done right’. He scouted the building’s location about 10 years ago.
“At the time my son, Kiash attended Port Shepstone Senior Primary and when I waited to pick him up after school, I would park in that driveway. When I walked onto the property the first time, I had a clear vision for the premises – open plan, double-storey, lots of lighting – a building with a wow factor”

Soon after the property came up for sale, and the Lautans believe it was meant to be purchased by them. According to Ravi, many others were interested in buying it, but they did not have the vision for it. The property was owned by a couple in their 70s. It was an old house which was demolished, but a few of the old beams were retained, which has created a good balance of the old and the new.
Our dream office is a new beginning
We are proud to announce that we have moved to a new office location.
While we were happy with our space, there were several motivating factors to make a move: space, location, and visibility. We look at this new location as the start of another chapter in our history.
